These generic terms and conditions apply to all work undertaken by TEQUE7 By hiring us to take on work you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
- Quotations are valid for 28 days only.
- A minimum of 33% deposit is required before undertaking any work for new clients.
- Maintenance work for new clients will require a 50% deposit.
- The initial deposit is non-refundable.
- Additional work will be charged at our standard hourly rate set at a minimum of 1 hour.
- Please make all payments due to TEQUE7 Design Limited within 7 days.
- Payment not received by 28 days will incur interest at 13% per month.
- Payment terms are subject to our discretion.
- Bad debts will be reported to the credit agency and this will affect your credit rating.
- Late payers may have their websites disabled or work removed until payment is made.
- Project delays as a result of client action or inaction may result in additional cost.
Website content should be provided at the start of a project. A delay in the provision of content may result in higher project cost.
Meetings and Support
Clients that do not attend will be charged for travel and hourly rate charges. Meetings are subject to our discretion.
Maintenance and support packages
Packages offer free standard hosting to match that of the package. If you have a very specific hosting requirements you may need to pay for additional hosting.
Clients are ultimately responsible for the testing of their websites.
